Getting Started

Choose your preferred tour on the All Tours page, select a date and time, and click Book Now. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all details as soon as your payment is processed.

  • Valid ID and your booking confirmation
  • Comfortable walking shoes and a water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing and sunscreen

Bookings & Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are secured via SSL and processed through trusted gateways.

Yes. Invoices are automatically sent to your email after payment. You can also request a GST invoice by contacting support with your booking ID.

Cancellations

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the tour type.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
